Diane K. Burns has been in the real estate industry for more than 30 years and has a background as a building contractor, a journeyman electrician, and is the owner of a real estate development and construction company, Bsquared USVI. As a Frederiksted resident, Diane has been active in the rebuilding efforts there. She led the volunteer team that repainted the Frederiksted Museum and the Pier in 2012. She currently manages West End properties in addition to selling real estate and is recognized on the island as a major advocate of West End development.

 

Diane’s love of St. Croix began more than 25 years ago when she first came to the island on a real estate trip. As a result of that trip, she began making semi-annual trips to St. Croix, and finally, in 2002 she decided to make St. Croix her permanent home. When she is not working, she can be found on any one of the many beautiful golf courses on the island. Her commitment to the island is clear from her many volunteer activities. She is a fierce advocate for homeownership on St. Croix and works tirelessly to ensure that all who want to own their own home have an opportunity to do so. She is also a strong advocate for social and economic development for St. Croix, the biggest and the best of the US Virgin Islands.

Linda Darnell first fell in love with St. Croix while on vacation here in 2002.  After annual visits, she purchased a fixer upper home in the West End through Diane K. Burns in 2011. 

 

On September 1, 2017, she retired from her position as Senior Director of Technology and Health Information at King’s Daughters’ Health in Indiana and began the permanent move to St. Croix.  After six months of retirement Linda was ready to start a new career in paradise.  The Diane K. Burns Group had an opening for the right person who was willing to become a licensed Realtor.  Ethical, energetic, flexible and anxious to learn, Linda jumped at the opportunity to get her real estate license and is now selling real estate with Diane as the newest member of the Diane K. Burns Group of Coldwell Banker St. Croix Realty.
